Refund policy
Woop customers have 30 days after receiving our product to request a return.
The item needs to be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Send an email to hello@woop.earthto begin the return process. Woop will provide a return shipping label, and explain how and where to send your return parcel. Mailing product back to Woop without first requesting a return will not result in a refund.

Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Let us know ASAP if the package or goods are damaged, defective or items other than what you ordered. We will respond quickly, and help find a solution.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
After we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you if a refund was approved or not. All approved refunds are automatically refunded to the original payment method. Banks and credit card companies may take some time to process and post the refund.
